I am now teaching 4th grade companeros!

In our Companeros program, we strive for an immersion in Spanish by engaging students in Spanish language participation. Curriculum is taught in Spanish and supported by English when necessary.

Some new things on the website include a newsletter page, an engineering page, and a link to the Khan Academy. The Kahn Academy is a wonderful collection of videos that outline lessons in math, science, and other subjects. Check this out for great additional resources for your child's learning.

If you have questions about homework or want extra work for the students, visit our homework assignments section of the website. There you will find access to spellingcity (which has our weekly spelling words) and Everyday Mathematics (which will have our homework to print off if your student forgets, also, it's in English).

We are also going to begin our Kidsblog this year. Students will be bloging about books they are reading. This is a digital version of a book talk/club for the kids. Follow us in our chats!
