Why is is called the Norhian?

(nor-hi'-an) not (nor-ian)

Northfield's yearbook has been called the Norhian for over 60 years. The name comes from the initial letters in the our school name and the type of book it is - an annual, or yearbook.  Many high schools used this format to name their yearbooks.
