2012-13 Bus Registration Form

For students entering grades 10, 11 & 12 ONLY

Northfield High School students entering grades 10 through 12 in September must be registered if they require bus service for the upcoming year. Benjamin Bus can optimize school bus route planning if they know which students will actually ride school buses. For high school students in grades 10, 11 and 12, students will not be listed for bus service unless we receive a bus registration form. Regular transportation forms are sent home from the middle school with incoming 9th graders in May.

If your student will require school bus transportation for the coming year, please complete and submit the form below.

Eligible students who do not sign up for bus service at this time can be added to a route at any time during the school year. Please allow two business days for additions or changes to transportation arrangements. Changes that result in significant adjustments to a route may take longer. 

Open-enrolled students attending Northfield Public Schools will be transported only on routes that are established to serve district residents. Students who live within one mile of the high school are not eligible for school bus transportation.
